ABOUT

1 More Rep's fitness sessions will not only help you lose weight, but more importantly, they will increase your overall fitness. Strengthening your body from core to extremities and helping the body’s ability to function more efficiently. The functional movements used in the training sessions work the stabilizer muscles that are neglected by standard gym machine workouts and will tax your body completely.

This is an intense 50-minute workout session that will improve your fitness level. These sessions are intense, fast-paced, and hard hitting. 

 

Owner and Coach Dwayne Wilson has 15 years of professional fitness experience and uncounted years of athletic competition, training and coaching. 1 More Rep was opened to coach people to achieve individual fitness goals in an affordable and encouraging small group setting.



Dwayne Wilson is certified in Fit Force and CrossFit training methodologies.  Dwayne is a former Xavier University student athlete who battled injuries, struggled with weight loss and healthy eating while in college.  Currently he is a Cincinnati Police Officer with 22 years of experience, 15 as a Sergeant and a S.W.A.T. Team member.  

 

Dwayne was assigned to the Police Academy for six years when he started 1 More Rep.  He started 1 More Rep to assist people with leading a healthy and active lifestyle.  At the Police Academy Dwayne developed, implemented and managed fitness regimens to assist recruits in reaching state mandated fitness standards along with helping recruits attain personal fitness goals.  He created an environment of fun and challenging workouts with the ultimate goal of teaching the value of fitness and proving how easy it is to maintain a high level of fitness for life.  These are the core values of what Dwayne brings to 1 More Rep.
